Update: I found the features shown in the video are not from Microsoft and will be provided by a 3rd party (Extensoft) for Windows XP, Vista and in the future Windows 7.
I apologize for confusion as I was also mislead.
It is still a great demo and I hope we will see those features in Windows either way.
